What type of carrier is a ButtonBundle?
A ButtonBundle is a non-adjustable pouch carrier.

Why do I want a ButtonBundle?
ButtonBundles are not only stylish, but they make your life easier in so many ways. We all carry our babies a lot and the heavier they get, the harder it is. Even if you only used your ButtonBundle in the house, it would be well worth the money. You can now have the ability to always have your baby close to you without arm cramps. While you do dishes, vacuum, fold laundry, answer e-mails or work from home.

But the ButtonBundle is so much more useful than for just around the house. Since it's so compact, you can throw it in your diaper bag, your purse or in the bottom of your stroller and when your baby gets fussy, voila! It's a lifesaver. Or if you go out to a restaurant and your baby wants to be held during the meal, you can still have both arms free to eat a hot meal (for a change!!!). Daddies love the ButtonBundle too.

On top of all that convenience and practicality, ButtonBundles are unbelievably stylish. They come in such beautiful fabrics and patterns that people will stop you on the street or in the mall to ask where you got your carrier. And when they ask you, you tell them because when someone orders a full price carrier from ButtonBundles and mentions a your first and last name, you receive a five dollar ($5) credit towards your next purchase of a ButtonBundle. (See Referral Program section for details.) You simply can't beat that.

Why would I want to have a non-adjustable pouch?
The reason that most people are interested in a non-adjustable pouch is that there are no rings, buckles or ties to get in the way or to loosen while you are wearing the ButtonBundle. ButtonBundles are easy to put on and take off. Just slide it over your head and arm, pop the baby in and off you go.

The only real disadvantage of a non-adjustable pouch is that it is sized to fit the wearer. This means that sometimes choosing the right size is tricky and that two people of different sizes cannot share the same pouch. But once you get the right size, it's the best. If you purchase a ButtonBundle and it does not fit properly (see "How do I decide what size I am?" section), we are happy to exchange it (see Returns/Exchanges section) for the correct size.

How much "stretch" is in the stretch cotton?
The stretch cottons that we use contain approximately 3-4% spandex LycraŽ. We have found that they will stretch several inches over the baby and over your shoulder. However, they are not a "knit" fabric (or t-shirt material) and do not stretch like one. They feel more like a men's cotton dress shirt with a little stretch added in.

What is a "lightly padded legrail"?
The legrail is the section of the ButtonBundle that tucks up underneath your baby's legs. By having padded legrails, you minimize, or altogether avoid, the red marks that often result on your baby's legs from being carried in a carrier. The only real reason not to have one is that, although the padding is minimal and not at all bulky, the ButtonBundle does fold just a bit smaller without the padding.

How do I decide what size I am?
In order to have the correct size, place a fist between one of your breasts (or your chest for men) and the measuring tape. Measure from the outside of your shoulder around your body diagonally to your opposite side at midway between waist and hip level and back up again. It is helpful to get someone to help you with this ("Oh, Honey!!!"). Although the measurement should be accurate, the measuring tape does not need to be pulled tight. (If you have trouble doing this with a measuring tape, you can always use some string and measure the string).

If you are between sizes, please order the larger size (it is always easier to make a carrier smaller than it is to make it larger and it may shrink a little in the wash). Also, if you are purchasing a non-stretch fabric, you may want to order one size up.

When you get your ButtonBundle, it should fit comfortably with the baby inside of it. Baby should fit snugly inside and close to you. The bottom of the ButtonBundle should hit at right between your belly button and one to two inches below that.

My ButtonBundle fits really well, except it's a little loose at the top and my baby keeps leaning back. What should I do?
If you find that baby is sitting too far away from you, you can adjust the tightness of the neck opening by performing what it called the "Shoulder Flip" where you fold down (to the outside) the top layer of the ButtonBundle over your shoulder. It should tighten it right up.

What if I want to buy a ButtonBundle for a friend who is having a baby?
You're in luck. ButtonBundles offers gift certificates. You can choose to purchase either a specific denomination ($5, $25, $50) or purchase an entire ButtonBundle. Specify your friend's e-mail address and we will send her a very pretty e-mail gift certificate including your name and the amount of the gift certificate. Gift Certificates are good for one (1) year from the date of purchase.



Shipping Policies:
Once a ButtonBundle is ordered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within twenty four (24) hours. ButtonBundles generally ship within one week of the date that they are ordered. You will receive a second e-mail when the ButtonBundle ships to you.

Shipping for a single ButtonBundle is $5. They are shipped via Priority Mail, which usually arrives in 2-3 days in the continental U.S. If you would like to order internationally, please contact us and we will tell you what the shipping cost is for shipment to your country.

Return/Exchange Policies:
We only accept returns of ButtonBundles in new, unused condition for refund or exchange (for sizing or fabric reasons only) for thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. For refunds, you will be refunded the total amount minus the original shipping charge. We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange items based upon their condition.

Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning your ButtonBundle. If you are returning your ButtonBundle for exchange, please include $5 for return shipping.

There are NO REFUNDS on custom orders. Custom orders may only be exchanged for smaller size.

Please be sure to package your return or exchange carefully. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items you are returning until they reach us. If you are concerned about your return or exchange getting lost, please insure the item.

Referral Program:
After you have purchased a ButtonBundle for yourself, you can earn credits toward another ButtonBundle simply by referring customers. If one of your referrals buys a ButtonBundle from me and mentions your name, you'll receive a $5 credit toward your next ButtonBundle. There is no limit to the amount of credits that you can earn. I'll email you each time one of your referrals makes a purchase. So, only six (6) referrals will earn you another single layer ButtonBundle and only eight (8) referrals will earn you a reversible ButtonBundle.

Care / Washing Instructions:
We recommend washing your ButtonBundle with like colors in cold water and tumble drying on low/delicate (unless you want to shrink up your ButtonBundle a bit, in which case you should dry it on high) or hanging dry. If your ButtonBundle is a particularly bright color or dark color, we suggest that you wash it on its own the first time it is washed. Do not bleach. We also recommend ironing the ButtonBundle after washing it to preserve the creases, which make for easy folding, and to preserve the finished look of the ButtonBundle.

Privacy:
We take your privacy very seriously. ButtonBundles will NEVER sell or give your personally identifiable information to any third party unless required by law.

Custom Orders:
If there is a fabric, trim or additional item (pockets, grommet, etc.) that you would like, please let us know via e-mail and we will be happy to try to accommodate you. We cannot issue quotes for custom orders until we price the fabric, trim or additional items that you request in your e-mail. Once we have established the cost, we will email you with a quote for your custom ButtonBundle. If you agree to the cost, we will begin your custom ButtonBundle. Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of this item, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.

Payment Information:
Currently we do not have a shopping cart setup. To order or inquire about a product please email orders@buttonbundles.com. When e-mailing your order, please remember to include your contact information, size, fabric choices, etc.

We accept payments through PayPal from checking accounts or funds already in your account only (other forms of payment result in a surcharge). If you'd like to pay by PayPal email us at the above address for full details. If paying by check or money order please indicate this in your email and we'll send you a total for the product, shipping, and tax (as applicable) along with the address to send your check or money order. If you send a check, the item[s] you order will be held until your check has cleared our bank.
